If you wish to make a claim, get in touch with us at info@hoodgreetings.com with the following:
- Name or product code of the mug you wish to replace
- Size of the mug original mug (M or XL)
- Original order number or postcode and email address used to place the order
- Brief description of what happened to the mug
- An image of the broken mug.
Terms and Conditions
- You must get in touch within 2-years of the initial purchase date.
- Each mug is limited to 1 replacement for accidental breakage.
- Replacement mugs are not covered by a new breakage guarantee.
- Replacement mugs are covered for being defective or damaged within 10 working days of delivery.
