Missing Item(s) from My Order

If only some of your order has been delivered:

  • Your order may have been split into multiple shipments; check the order processing and delivery timelines for each product type
  • If you should have received the product, let us know at info@hoodgreetings.com and we'll do our best to make things right.

Received the Wrong Item

If you realise that we've incorrectly shipped you an incorrect product or part of somebody else's order, please email us at info@hoodgreetings.com and we'll do our best to make things right.

  • If the products have already been printed or dispatched, we won't be able to edit the order for you.
  • We cannot edit the billing address of orders.
